I began my legal career in Ecuador, where I earned my law degree and gained valuable experience. Seeking new opportunities, I moved to the United States and studied law at Fordham University, where my background helped me excel. After graduating, I transitioned into office management, starting as an Office Manager at Diamond Braces. This role honed my organizational skills and prepared me for my current position at Elite Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry.
Here, I blend my administrative expertise with my legal knowledge to ensure our practice runs smoothly. My journey from Ecuador to the U.S. and from law to office management has been both challenging and rewarding, shaping me into the professional I am today.
Litsa Ayoub
Financial Officer
As the Financial Officer of Elite Business Management & Consultancy, Litsa Ayoub is responsible for running all facets of the business as well as the financial health of Elite Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry in Wayne, NJ, including financial planning and reporting, financial risk management, record keeping, and treasury and investor relations.
Litsa is an accomplished accounting and finance leader with over 15 years of experience. She graduated from Montclair State University with a Master’s in Business Administration in 2017, and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at William Paterson University in 2002. Before joining the team at Elite, Litsa was a manager at the Financial Management Division for Samsung SDS America, overseeing audit, tax functions and financial performance reporting.

I am starting my journey in the orthodontic field by working at Elite Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry in Northern New Jersey. I am a student attending Wayne Hills High School, taking honors classes to better my chances of becoming an orthodontist. In the short time of working here, I have learned more about the dental field and insurance than anyone my age.
I am also in charge of posting TikToks and reels on our social media platforms, keeping our community in Northern New Jersey and beyond engaged and up to date with news about braces and other orthodontic appliances. I also enjoy making people laugh with these videos.
